Checklist for Establishing New Service
Prior to coming to the Co-op Office:
Once you have those items in hand you may bring in (or mail copies) of:
If you are married we recommend a ‘joint’ account, so you should also know/have your spouse’s SSN.
We’ll run a credit score to determine if a deposit is required on the new account. If a deposit is required, it must be paid before service will be established.
We will set up an appointment to meet with our staking engineer at the property. He will measure and give you a verbal estimate that day and will send a printed invoice for ‘aid to construction’. This too must be paid prior to service being established.
