Membership Application

If you are an individual or business, within our service area, wanting to have electric service provided by Logan County Electric Cooperative due to relocation or new construction, complete the membership application or contact the office during our regular business hours, 937-592-4781.

Review the information at the top of the application, complete the bottom portion and sign the application. Once the completed application is submitted, a Member Service Representative will contact you to complete the process.
