SmartHub Account

You must have an SmartHub account with a current cell phone number on file in order to participate.

Login to SmartHub  Create a SmartHub Account

In the Menu Select the "Settings" Tab

Then select the "Contact Methods" option.

Select the "Add Phone" button

Fill in the “PHONE(xxx-xxx-xxxx)" Box

Then select the “YES” box and select “SAVE”

Verification Code

You will receive a text with a verification code. Type this code in the “VERIFICATION CODE” field and “SAVE CONTACT”.
 

Select the "MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS" option in the menu

Select "SERVICE" menu

On the “POWER OUTAGE” row under ALERT TYPE, select the phone number to which you would like to receive outage alerts.
